Each signer must present a valid, government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license, state ID card, U.S. passport, or other acceptable form of identification. The ID must be current or otherwise acceptable under Florida law.
Most appointments take between 15 and 30 minutes, depending on the number of documents, signers, and whether witnesses are required. Larger document packages, such as loan signings or estate planning documents, may take longer.
